What we hold about you, why, and what we do not hold. Everything below describes the system as it actually is.
What we hold
- From Google: your name, email address and profile picture. That is the whole list. We cannot read your Gmail, contacts or files.
- What you type here: your country, your payout details, the proof you send with a task, and anything you write to support.
- What the system records: which tasks you took and when you started and finished them, every movement of money in your wallet, and the internet address and browser of each sign-in.
We do not hold a password for you, because none exists. There is no analytics or advertising tracker on this site, and no third party is given your data to profile you.
Why we hold it
- To run your account and pay you.
- To settle a dispute. When a rejection is challenged, the proof, the timings and the wallet history are what let a person decide fairly.
- To stop fraud. Sign-in addresses and task timings are how one person running many accounts is told apart from many people sharing a connection.
- To keep records a business is required to keep.
Who sees it
- Your proof screenshots are visible to you, the buyer of that task, and an administrator. Nobody else, and they are not public.
- Your name is shown to a buyer whose job you take, and on any review you leave. Your email address is not shown to other users.
- Payment providers receive what they need to take a payment. We never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Shared connections
We record the address each sign-in came from. If several accounts appear on one, the people on it are told — nothing is restricted. We do this openly rather than quietly, which is why the notice explains itself and why your own account page shows you the same sign-in list an administrator sees.
How long
Account and money records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and dispute rules require. Proof screenshots are kept while the task they belong to could still be disputed. Support conversations are kept so a later question has its history.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct something wrong.
- Ask us to close your account. Withdraw your balance first — we cannot pay out to an account that no longer exists. Records tied to money already moved are kept, because deleting one side of a transaction is not something we can honestly do.
Message support for any of these.
Cookies
One cookie holds your sign-in, and two short-lived ones carry you through the Google sign-in and back. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and nothing that follows you to other sites.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this changes in a way that affects you, the site will say so rather than quietly updating the date at the bottom.
