Remote Work BD is a microjob marketplace built in Bangladesh. Buyers post small online tasks and fund them up front; workers do a task, send proof, and are paid as soon as it is approved.
Why it exists
Two things go wrong on sites like this, and both come down to trust running one way only.
Workers finish a task and then find the buyer has gone, or the budget ran out, or the work was rejected with no reason. Buyers pay for a hundred sign-ups and receive a hundred screenshots from three people using twenty accounts.
So the money is held in escrow, and the rules that stop farming are enforced by the system rather than written in a page nobody reads. A worker never has to trust that a buyer will pay, because the money was already set aside. A buyer never pays for work they have not seen.
How we make money
A worker is credited the full rate a job lists the moment their work is approved - we take nothing from that. The one thing we charge is a 10% fee when money is actually withdrawn, shown before the request is confirmed. No fee to join, no fee to post a job, no fee on an approved task, no monthly cost.
